Local Visa Application Charges

Payment must be included for your application to be valid.

Any payments made to the Australian Embassy in Berlin can only be accepted in Euros (EUR). To find out how much you need to pay for your visa subclass when you lodge your application at the Australian Embassy in Berlin, please see the following list.

Please note:

If you do not complete and sign the correct form or pay the correct application charge or we are unable to deduct the application charge from your credit card, your application will be returned to you.

Visa Application Charges are non-refundable.

 


 

Forms of Payment and Postal Delivery


Credit Card

We only accept Visa Card or MasterCard (no American Express or Diners credit cards). 

 The CVC code (Security number) is mandatory for Visa and MasterCard. This is the 3 digit number on the signature panel on the back of the card.

The credit card holder must sign the credit card authorisation form.

Please note that a second party may pay the Visa Application Charge on their credit card. In this case, the credit card holder should PRINT OUT, COMPLETE AND SIGN the authorisation form.

 

Postage

Applications from within Germany:            

Clients within Germany will need to pay EUR 4 by credit card for postage in addition to the visa application charge. A return envelope will be provided by the Embassy.
 

Applications from outside Germany:

Clients outside Germany will need to pay EUR 5 by credit card for postage in addition to the visa application charge. A return envelope will be provided by the Embassy.

Courier

 

If you wish to arrange delivery by UPS, you need to complete the following form and send it together with your application or fax it to us in case your application is already in process.
