Visa Application Charges

Payment must be included for your application to be valid.

Any payments made to the Australian Embassy in Berlin can only be accepted in Euros (EUR). 
 

The processing charge cannot be refunded, irrespective of the outcome of the application.

Application charges are payable only by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)  We do not accept Maestro, Visa Electron, AMEX, Diners Card, bank transfer details or money orders.

Please complete (in €) and sign the credit card payment details part of the application form. 

Please ensure with your bank that your daily credit limit and funds are sufficient to cover the visa application charge.

If you do not have a credit card, you may arrange for another person to pay by credit card on your behalf. Please ensure the credit card holder signs the authorisation form.

Your application will be returned if:
• you do not include payment details,
• we are unable to deduct the fee from your credit card
• you include Maestro, Visa Electron, AMEX, Diners Card, bank transfer details or money orders 
• you authorise us to deduct a fee which is insufficient.

Couriers:
If you wish us to arrange return delivery of your passport by UPS (due to imminent departure), complete the form below and send it with your application or fax it to us if your application is already in process.

Note: Visa electron or Visa debit cards cannot be accepted for this.
