Local Visa Application Charges

Any payments made to the Australian Embassy in Berlin can only be accepted in Euros (EUR). To find out how much you need to pay for your visa subclass when you lodge your application at the Australian Embassy in Berlin, please see the following list.

Please note:

If you do not complete the correct form or pay the correct application charge or we are unable to deduct the application charge from your credit card, your application will be returned to you.


Forms of Payment and Postal Delivery

Visa Application Charges are non-refundable.


Credit Card

Please note that a second party may pay the Visa Application Charge on their credit card. In this case, the credit card holder should PRINT OUT AND COMPLETE the authorisation form.

Postage

Applications from within Germany:            

To enable us to return your passport by registered mail, please send us a self-addressed envelope, stamped to the value of €3.04

 

Applications from outside Germany:

To enable us to return your passport by registered mail, please send us a self-addressed envelope, along with three International Reply Coupons (Coupon-Réponse International) which you can obtain from your local post office. If you are living in a country where it is not possible to obtain IRC coupons you should add €3 to your Visa Application Charge to cover postage costs (applies to The Netherlands and Sweden).

Courier

 

If you wish to arrange delivery by UPS, you need to complete the following form and send it together with your application or fax it to us in case your application is already in process.
