How to find us:
The Visa Office is located at the Australian Embassy Berlin. When you arrive, follow the signs to the first floor where the Visa Office is located.
The nearest underground (U-Bahn) Station: Märkisches Museum (U2).
Please note that the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Berlin, Germany caters for residents of the following countries:
Albania*, Andorra*, Belgium*, Bulgaria*, Croatia*, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France*, Germany, Greece*, Hungary*, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo**, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg*, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland*, Portugal, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland and Vatican City.
If you are a resident of another country it is recommended that you contact the Australian Visa Office responsible for your country.

* Only Partner and Family Migration visas for residents of these countries are processed in Berlin. Visitor and Temporary Entry Visas are processed at the respective Australian Visa Offices.
** Please note that residents of Kosovo can also lodge applications in Vienna and Belgrade.

Clients who would like to lodge a visa or citizenship application or make an enquiry in person at the Australian Embassy in Berlin may request to have an appointment.
For an appointment, please contact the telephone enquiry service on the below number.
All clients are advised to phone the Visa Office in the first instance to discuss their situation. In many circumstances the assistance required can be provided by phone or email without the need to attend the Embassy.
If you choose to lodge an application in person (with or without an appointment) we may not be able to make a decision on your application on the same day.
